Isiphosekhethelo (PTY) Ltd, trading as ISK Financial Services was established in the year 2012 by Miss Luthuli. It is an authorized financial service with the FSCA, FSP No: 46422. ISK Financial Services has impacted more than 100 000 people countrywide.

Isiphosekhethelo (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black female owned company which was founded by a young energetic and ambitious female. The aim of the organisation is to provide a prompt and professional service. Success will be measured by the clients choosing Isiphosekhethelo because of their belief in Isiphosekhethelo’s ability to meet or exceed their service & expertise. Isiphosekhethelo is owned and managed by Miss Nombuyiselo Luthuli.

Miss Luthuli has worked in an insurance industry for 17 years, she stated as a PA to a financial adviser and she became an administrator for an insurance company and she was also an admin head of the brokerage. She has been managing the company, dealing with compliance for the company, conducting internal compliance, training of staff, supervision of representatives.

She holds a diploma in administration, she has passed RE5and RE 1 and obtained NQF leve5 of Wealth management. Miss Luthuli has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the insurance industry and has such a passion for the industry. 2015 ISIPHOSEKHETHELO was granted an operating licence and Miss Luthuli has since been managing and overseeing the operation of the business.
